About the Role

We are a small, agile, and growing team in Essity’s digital marketing organization in IT. We are pioneers in Essity's data lake where we run data projects, enabling insight generation for our business unit sales & marketing functions. Additionally, we implement a CDP software across global geographies and various categories. We work with controllers, business development teams, digital marketing, and sales. Our projects are around revenue management, CDP, CRM, pricing & sales controlling, sales reporting, trade spend management and trade promotions. And we are looking for a technical leader and strategic driver that guides us on all kinds of technical topics. If this is you, we'd love to talk.

What You Will Do

• Progress the Sales & Marketing Data Lake and Customer / Consumer data driven marketing solutions towards a modernized future state, ensuring that they meet business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with Essity’s IT strategy and roadmap

• Participate in project delivery as technical lead and take ownership in all kinds of technical and data model questions.

• Secure usage of approved technologies and alignment with Essity Architects and Architecture guidelines

• Drive development of architecture standards in the interest of the delivery organization and support with analyzing exceptions to the standards

• Lead analysis of new technologies and their suitability within the area of Sales & Marketing Analytics

• Review project deliverables throughout development process to ensure quality and requirement traceability

• Manage and contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization

Who You Are

• University degree in information technology or another relevant field

• Strong technical expertise with several years of experience

• Ideally experience in consumer goods or life science industry

• Open and curious about new technology and creative mindset

• Strong communication skills also on an international level

• Fluent language skills in English

• Excellent skills in MS SQL Server / Synapse, Databricks, DevOps, MS Azure, Python / SQL

• Ideally a good understanding of full data processing pipeline in data lake from Azure Data Factory to PowerBI
